Mr. CHANTHA PUTH
Founder & The President
Mr. Chantha PUTH was born and lives in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and married with 3 children.
Mr. Chantha has earned a great deal of administrative and managerial skills from his past and current careers. He started his profession as a customer service provider with Bangkok Airways from 1990 to 1993. From 1994 to 1996 he worked as Assistant to Human Resource Manager at French Bakery Co., Ltd. From 1997 to 2008, he worked as Academic Lecturer for many universities in Cambodia. In 2006 he was awarded a Bronze Medal from Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Cambodian Prime Minister, in appreciation of his past outstanding performance, his contribution and dedication for the Nation. From 2008 to 2017, Mr. Chantha got promoted twice, from Assistant Director to Director of Academic Program Office and to the Assistant Dean of the Graduate School of Management and Economics of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia. Regarding quality assurance, he has been trained extensively by the Council of Ministers of Cambodia as professional internal and external assessors for quality accreditation for higher education institutions in Cambodia.
From 2017-2018, Mr. Chantha started a brand new career as Vice President for Leopard Business Consultancy and General Manager for HRCambodia. From 2018-2019, He worked as Chief Executive Officer for AGB Investments Co., Ltd, and from 2019 until now, Mr. Chantha works as Director of Training for Juwei IQI, the biggest real estate company in Asia.
In summary, Mr. Chantha has spent several years in the field of sales and marketing not only in real estate but in other fields of service, Chantha knew how to establish a close bond with his clients and establishes trustworthy networks. His experiences include but are not limited to:
